Attention: This CO2 battle is unfortunately over. But the big CO2 battle continues of course!

The climate crisis is moving forward and there are only a few months left until the World Climate Conference in Glasgow. This is the moment of decision, the last chance to still save the world as we know it. Will we have enough allies to control the demonic reign of CO2 over our destiny?

What is needed now are climate heroes who can win over allies and motivate them to take joint action, who act quickly enough to prevent the further rise of CO2 to world domination. The challenge is huge but the stakes are high: Nothing less than the future of humanity.

Climate action does not need great lone warriors, neither Hercules nor Athena, neither Superman nor Wonder Woman. Climate action needs many allies. The true climate heroes are therefore the people who inspire others to protect the climate.

This is how it works:

  • As soon as you have saved one ton of CO2 in the climate bet by making a donation, you will automatically receive a personal link.
  • Send this link to friends and potential allies.
  • If a person takes part in the climate bet via your link, you will automatically be credited with one point and the tons avoided. You can also enter the link code for the CO2 Battle manually in the corresponding field in the donation process.
  • You can see your score at any time in your climate pin on our map and in your login area.

Design your climate pin

Embellish it to make it your personal climate hero pin and make yourself visible in the climate hero gallery.

In the login are you can:

  • upload a profile picture
  • give yourself a great climate hero name ("alias").
  • formulate your own Climate Bet message (e.g. your best CO2 saving tip or your personal bet)
  • move your pin to an individual place on the map (so that it is easier to find).

As soon as you have reached level 2, your climate hero pin - if you like - will also be displayed here in our climate hero gallery with a picture and message.

Participate without donating?

Are you a pupil and/or don't have any money to spare to take part in the Climate Bet, but would like to take part in the CO2 Battle?

  • Win the first ally: Ask parents or grandparents, for example, to take over the ton CO2 for you. Many adults are happy to do this if they are asked - after all, it's about your future.
  • Join a group with friends and collect allies together. Then it will only cost you a few euros and you will reach the next level faster.
