Our Food Challenge: Interview with Madeleine - about her life on the farm!

"This is milk from Selma, who loves to be cuddled on her belly" - Being close to animals is extremely important in order to appreciate the animal products we consume day in and day out. Madeleine knows this too! Better known as Frau Freudig, she tells and shows us what life with animals on the farm is like and why we should buy directly from the farmers.

Our Food Challenge: Interview with Laura from Marktschwärmer

In the context of our Food Challenge, we would like to take a closer look at the topic of food production and the role of producers. A place to go for consumers with a passion for good and fairly produced food is definitely The Food Assembly (Marktschwärmer) - a social enterprise that creates a direct link between producers and consumers in a region. We had the chance to talk to Laura, who is responsible for communication and marketing at the German Marktschwärmer. Our conversation focused on the topics of climate protection, trust and the shift in the food system!

Food Challenge: Interview with blogger Verena Hirsch

The owner of www.allmydeer.com tells us how we can all contribute to environmental and climate protection on a daily basis. And we can do so by enjoying wonderfully natural food. What is particularly important to her? Appreciation for food. And she knows what she is talking about. Growing up on an organic farm, she harvested potatoes by hand as a child and has been writing about seasonal, natural food ever since.

Interview with Linnea from ECOSIA - The search engine that plants trees

It is very important for the climate bet to have another strong partner on board, such as Ecosia, when it comes to better climate protection. Ecosia helps us all to make an effective contribution with a small significant decision (here: Which search engine do I choose?). Ecosia plants trees with the profits from our searches - and thus, in addition to contributing to climate protection, also does great things for people and animals.

Food-Challenge: Interview with Nadine & Jörg from the vegan food blog Eat This!

Four weeks of the food challenge are over! How are you doing with it? And what else could we do for you? Today we would like to inspire you to eat well and in a climate-friendly way with a short interview. Nadine and Jörg from Eat this! are really good cooks, photographers and writers - but above all, they enjoy it. On their website eatthis.org and their Instagram-Channel , everything revolves around healthy, purely plant-based cuisine, without putting that in the absolute foreground. Actually, it's all about one thing: good food!

So let yourself be inspired and look forward to more weeks of the food challenge. We have plenty more inspiration for you on Instagram and Facebook, and of course it's always worth taking a look at our blog.

Interview with Michael Bilharz

Michael Bilharz is an expert on sustainable consumption at the Federal Environment Agency and founder of the supporting association 3 fürs Klima. Michael has always been something of a phenomenon for us, whom Anna and I knew mainly through the UBA calculator and from a few YouTube videos. And then suddenly there was this email from Michael, who wanted to do something together with us and FindingSustainia. In a flash he got us excited about the climate bet, but that's another story. Today I'm just going to ask Michael a little bit about himself.

Interview with Sandrine Hinrichs

Sandrine is a young psychologist and equally a spokesperson for better climate action in the association of the Climate Bet " 3 fürs Klima". I got to know and appreciate her in the Climate Bet team as a committed, analytically gifted and structured young woman. I admit, I notice that because I could learn a thing or two from her. And who says young people are way too attached to social media? Take this: Sandrine doesn't have a single social media account.

Interview with Michael Adler

Dear Michael, when we talked about the first interview partners for our blog of the Climate Bet, you were directly our favourite. Michael B. gave the ultimate argument: "Because you have been authentically relevant in the scene for so long". For this and many other reasons, we are of course delighted to be working together with Tippingpoints for the Climate Bet.
